(More customer reviews)model 5132 the one I had and many others, were RECALLED. I was not aware of this until now when I looked it up to report that mine literally went up in flames after I had unplugged to clean the area, then replugged and turned power on. Lucky for me and my house, I was an arm length away from my fire extinguisher. I keep them throughout the house and had reviewed how to use them with my kids. So I was able to quickly put out the fire before I was injured or before the house went on fire.
Obviously it is zero stars, but the lowest rating is one star.
