(More customer reviews)This heater is a breeze to install. i dont know what size orbs the others were commenting on that were having issues. It is fully submersable so the owner that was afraid to drop it in should read the directions. Maybe the smaller orbs have a tighter sphere making it more difficult to install. I own the 16 gallon biorb and i had no problems. Will try to post a pic so you can check out what it looks like.
