(More customer reviews)I was excited about this product to be used on our deck that has a canpopy roof.The unit looks good.It was a bit complicated to assemble, but not to bad.So here's the bad news. If you are sitting farther then 3 inches away it doesn't give heat.I've checked everything and have it turned up on full and let it run for 30 minutes and only heat when you come very close to it.Turns out 16,000 BTU's just isn't enough to heat an open area.I am not sure how to return it as I assembled it and threw out the packaging.Save your money and buy one with more power.
