(More customer reviews)We purchased this a year ago from Sam's Club. It is wall mounted in the basement, and worked great, until right after the warranty ended. Now it is dead. No response from the controls at all. Not sure what we are going to do. Waiting for a reply from the Soleus.
This is a common problem with electronic thermostats on heaters. We have another heater with an electronic thermostat (another brand), and it failed once, thankfully under warranty.
