(More customer reviews)This is an expensive product and Raypak does not stand behind the warranty!We purchased this and had it installed.Within 4 to 5 months, it was leaking.I contacted the manufacturer to begin a warranty claim.BE WARNED - they will blame failure of their product on YOU.They will blame your water chemistry and they will void your warranty!As any pool owner knows, water chemistry will fluctuate over days, weeks, etc.I tested my water 2 to 3 times a week and followed up at a pool store every other week.I take care of my pool.Raypak will blame you for their poorly designed heater's failure.I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID - DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY LIKE IT.
