(More customer reviews)This product arrived on time, but was damaged during shipment. The return policy was good and I received an RTA within minutes and a return label via email. I wanted a replacement, unfortunately the damaged item was the only one in stock, so I opted for a refund which I have not yet received. The product was exactly as presented and would have been perfect for my specific application. I am hoping the vendor stocks this item again because I will reorder from them if they offer it again.

10 year element warranty, control heating level with built-in or remote wall mount thermostat. Thermostats and accessories can be installed at either end. Aluminum finned tube element for more efficient heat transfer. Electrical connections easily made fr om either end. Safely installs with standard 60 degrees Celsius building wire. 240 volts. U.L. Listed. Does not come with thermostat.
