(More customer reviews)I ordered this faucet along with two hot/cold ones through their web site. After waiting two weeks I called. They were apologetic and got right on the order. I was impressed by the quality of the faucets when they did arrive but it was not explained that when ordering a 6" length, the fitting will add another 2". so 2 of the 3 were too long. (probably an industry standard that I didn't know about). I ordered 4" to replace them which came immediately. I did have to pay the shipping to send the two back although I thought I was told that a shipping label would be sent to me.
