(More customer reviews)I hesitated buying a carpet cleaner but after spending [money] every 4 months for professional cleaning (I live in a 2-story house), I broke down and bought it. I couldn't believe how clean it got my carpet not to mention how easy it is to use. I have grandchildren that have spilled just about everything you can imagine on my carpet. This machine got every stain out. Buy it. It is well worth the investment. I could kick myself for not buying it sooner.
