(More customer reviews)The heater started out to be a good thing. We owned two of them for years now. Only problem is if it breaks down, you have ZERO recourse. The company would appear to have dropped off the face of the earth. My heater broke down, I sent it in (as I had done in the past) with a $20 check, only to have it returned to me with "No such address" stamped on the box. When I tried to call the phone numbers, one is a "you won a prise you lucky devil" type message and the other is just plain disconnected. Buyer be ware.
