(More customer reviews)I ordered a standing patio heater for a Christmas gift on December 3rd.I received 6 days before Christmas a table top patio heater.I called the distributor and she immediately knew what the problem was.She said the company did not sell standing heaters only the table top she said the problem was with Amazon, when I checked Amazon the standing heater was still listed.My money was quickly refunded and she sent the postage sticker via email.I still was out a standing heater the week before Christmas along with adding returning the wrong item to my already long to do list.It would have been nice, if they knew their was going to be a problem, to notify me of the error so I could start looking for a replacement.I did appreciate that I was able to reach a real person on the phone to help with this error.
