(More customer reviews)I have had two of these fans in some of my bathrooms.Both were LOUD and short lived.My parents had a similar fan as well and were quite dissapointed with them.Neither of my units lasted more than two years without having to replace the motors (I've even cracked the motors open myself and relubed them).Even the warranty battle has been dissapointing... Without writing a book, I have had some other general problems with these units related to electronics and plastic bezel.I have replaced the unit with a less expensive, heavier constructed, and quieter unit made by Hunter.Music to my ears and much more reliable.
